The lemon used in Les vergers Boiron’s ambient fruit puree is grown in Sicily, renowned for its exceptional quality. The juice is carefully extracted, avoiding the pressing of the white parts (albedo) which bring bitterness, resulting in a juice rich in zesty notes, true to the taste of freshly pressed fruit. The lemon, a key ingredient in cocktails, plays an essential role in crafting fresh and tangy beverages.

Fruitologie®, created in our workshops in 2019, is the discipline we have trademarked, dedicated to the study of fruit and its transformation into fruit purée. It is based on sensory analysis, a science that uses the human being as a “measuring tool”. Product characteristics are assessed using the 5 senses.
