Thanks to an individual fast freezing (IQF) method, each fruit is preserved from sticking together, ensuring optimal quality. Our IQF fruits are rigorously selected, harvested at peak ripeness, and carefully sorted, offering precise and constant size grading as well as perfect color. Harvested and frozen as close as possible to where they are picked, these fruits are perfectly preserved for exceptional quality. After defrosting, they maintain a good shape and texture, making them ideal for plate decoration, tart filling, as well as making compotes, marmalades, and smoothies.
Our IQF products can be stored in the freezer for 36 months before use.
