Cyril Gaidella is a renowned pastry chef, celebrated for winning the prestigious title of Champion de France du Dessert (France’s Dessert Champion) in 2017 in the Professional category.
Originally from the Alsace region, he began his career at a young age and has gained remarkable expertise in the art of pastry making.

Cyril Gaïdella started out as a pastry chef in Alsace at the age of 15, where he honed his skills in a number of local establishments.
In 2006, he moved to Paris and became head pastry chef with Eric Kayser, thus launching a successful career.
He later broadened his experience by working in various establishments within the Group, as far afield as Tokyo.
In 2009, Cyril founded Consulting Gourmand, a patisserie R&D and consulting company, consolidating his expertise and passion for culinary innovation.
The same year, he joined the École Hôtelière de Paris CFA Médéric as a consultant trainer for the “restaurant dessert cook” specialization, playing a part in training the next generation of chefs.

In 2017, Cyril Gaïdella won the final of the 43rd French Dessert Championship in the Professional category, solidifying his reputation for excellence and creativity in the field of French pastry.

Alongside his competitive success, Cyril Gaidella is actively involved in the development of new techniques and quality pastry products.
