With a career spanning several decades, he has earned a reputation for his innovative techniques and mastery of flavors.
After managing a variety of pastry shops, he set up his own business in Waterloo in 2003.
Backed by a wealth of competitions and travels, he is always innovating, surprising and reworking the great classics.
His boutique is constantly evolving, and nothing is set in stone: he designs his creations to suit the seasons and his inspiration.
This pastry fanatic has just one guiding principle: the demand for quality.
He loves working with dedicated artisans, always on the lookout for the perfect product to enhance his patisserie.
In the company of some of the world’s greatest chefs, he enjoys the very private setting of Relais Desserts, which he joined in 2010.
In 2024, he became a Chef Ambassador for Les vergers Boiron.
Specializing in creating refined desserts, Marc Ducobu is especially renowned for his sugar creations, his aesthetic sense and his artisanal approach.
