Michael Laiskonis is a world-renowned pastry chef, widely recognized for his innovative approach to modern patisserie.

A native of the United States, Michael Laiskonis started his career in Michelin-starred restaurants in New York, where he honed his skills and developed his distinctive vision of patisserie.
Michael Laiskonis began his career in a bakery by chance, although he had no formal training.
His thirst for knowledge did the rest.
A turning point came in 2004, when he joined Le Bernardin in New York as pastry chef, helping the legendary restaurant to retain four stars in the New York Times and three in the Michelin Guide.
In 2007, the James Beard Foundation awarded him the coveted Eminent Chef Award.
In 2012, motivated by his drive to share his expertise with others, Michael Laiskonis became Creative Director of the New York Institute of Culinary Education.
Since 2011, the Chef has collaborated closely with Les vergers Boiron, creating recipes and offering demonstrations to end-users.
