Nicolas Lambert is an internationally renowned pastry chef, recognized for his expertise and creativity in the world of gastronomy.
His remarkable career has taken him all over the world, perfecting his skills and winning many prestigious awards.

Born into a family of bakers and pastry chefs, Nicolas Lambert was exposed to the art of patisserie from an early age.
His parents, artisan bakers in Epinal, France, introduced him to the secrets of baking from an early age.
At the age of 15, he began his apprenticeship with Philippe Torti at the Pâtisserie du Musée, while simultaneously pursuing his studies.
He later joined Pâtisserie Yves Musquar in Nancy.
After a stint in Lyon at the Patisserie Sebastien Bouillet, where he won the National Croquembouche Festival, he refined his skills in Paris under Christophe Michalak at the Plaza Athénée, winning the Pascal Caffet Trophy.
His international career began in Hong Kong, as Pastry Chef at the Caprice restaurant, earning him two Michelin stars.

Currently based in Dubai, Nicolas Lambert is taking gastronomy to new heights with his role as Executive Pastry Chef for the Four Seasons.

Nicolas Lambert is renowned for achieving a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, combining classic techniques with contemporary creativity.
His diversified and international career has helped him to broaden his culinary vision, and to create truly unique and refined experiences.

He was named Best Pastry Chef for Hong Kong and Macau by Tatler Magazine in 2016 and 2018.
