Maintain and develop lasting, respectful relationships with our partners

We have always been keen to establish lasting relationships with suppliers who embody the value of “respect” in our dealings. We base these relationships on a foundation of best practices and long-term commitments. These partnerships go far beyond mere business transactions; they reflect our commitment to ethical, sustainable and socially responsible practices.

Supplier relations charter

In 2023, we introduced a Supplier Relations Charter, which defines the essential values and principles governing our day-to-day interactions. This charter aims to create a solid balance by taking into account the mutual commitments of both parties, thus reinforcing trust and transparency in our business relationships. Currently, 80% of our suppliers have been working with us for more than 10 years. This longevity testifies to our commitment to long-lasting, fruitful partnerships.

Long-term partnerships

Our long-term partnerships with suppliers are strategic collaborations based on lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. They aim to build trust and transparency. And in so doing, guarantee outlets for producers and reliable supplies in terms of quantity and quality.

The ice fishing industry

Since 2014, we’ve been technically and financially supporting the planting of “Bellerime” white peach orchards, committing ourselves alongside growers. Today, 11 hectares are planted in various regions to spread out climatic risks. One of our partners, Anthony Oboussier, in Alixan, benefits from a guaranteed price, full financing for his plantation, as well as an irrigation system and hail protection nets.

“I’m perfectly happy with this win-win collaboration: I’ve increased my production area and can be sure of selling part of my harvest at a guaranteed price. This cooperative effort is also part of a responsible and transparent approach: better traceability, the search for a short, local circuit, etc. ”

The blackcurrant, rosehip
and blackberry filière

For many years, we have been committed to preserving the soft fruit industry in our region. In 2023, we took a major step forward by renewing our multi-year commitments for three of our flagship crops: blackcurrant, redcurrant and blackberry. This renewal testifies not only to our dedication to guaranteeing the high quality of our products, but also to our promise of stability for our partners and customers.

The pear sector

We have built up a solid relationship of trust with pear growers in the Moras en Valloire area, in the north of the Drôme department. This region is renowned for its “Williams” pear cultivation, based on ancestral know-how handed down from generation to generation. The combination of this know-how and the characteristics of the terroir give Valloire pears their unique taste, rewarded by the “Site Remarquable du Goût” label obtained in 2011.
