Our historical savoir-faire makes it possible for us to propose a selection of the best fruits from all over the world.
Thanks to strict specifications, we combine the meticulous work of sourcing agents – who identify the best origins and the finest fruit varieties – with that of experts who seek the perfect Brix (a measure of the density and sugar concentration of syrups).
Committed to sustainable, lasting relations with our farmers, we source more than 50 fruits from more than 30 countries. Our objective is clear: to offer the best fruits for an optimal taste, to satisfy the demands of chefs and mixologists all over the world, while caring for all forms of living. Our teams have gone from sourcing agents to supply chain managers, and are committed to working with our farmers to limit the impact of our actions on the ecosystem. Their challenges are also our challenges.
A unique art and expertise
At Les vergers Boiron, assembling is a true art combining savoir-faire and the excellence of fruits. Each puree that we create is the result of a meticulously prepared recipe combining fruits of different varieties, harvests, and origins. After categorizing the fruits according to their inherent properties, our experts assemble together several batches to ensure a consistent taste and texture. This approach makes it possible to create premium purees that perfectly meet the expectations of chefs and mixologists. Such is the “Boiron signature” that the entire world admires.
Adapting to each fruit with food safety as a priority
At Les vergers Boiron, we adapt our processes to each fruit, keeping food safety a core priority. Thus, each product benefits from a specific process that incorporates a proven refining method and “flash pasteurization” technology to preserve the organoleptic qualities and intensity of the flavors. We also ensure packaging in a protected environment, followed by freezing at -40°C and storage at -20°C.

With a network of more than 1,000 partner distributors, we offer optimal proximity to our clients throughout the year. Quality of service is essential to us, and we are committed to maintaining long-term business partnerships, some stretching back more than 40 years.
Our clients’ satisfaction is also essential in our business. We support each one throughout their journey, ensuring that we meet their needs with precision and responsiveness. In 2024, we also conducted a satisfaction survey* among all our French and international clients. 96% of them are satisfied or very satisfied, and they rate the quality of our products at 9.2/10.
