Frozen puree without added sugar Fig – 30ml
Frozen puree without added sugar Lemon – 10ml
London Dry Gin – 30ml
Organic Honey – 5ml
Organic cider – top (75ml)
Shake first 4 ingredients with ice, fine strain and top with Cider.
Garnish with a fig leather « leaf » and a fresh raspberry.
