Alexis Beaufils is a renowned French pastry chef, recognized for his exceptional talent and creativity in the field of patisserie.
His passion for the art of sweets has earned him a reputation for combining traditional techniques with modern influences.
Alexis Beaufils began his apprenticeship in an artisanal pastry shop near Chartres.
In 2010, he joined the prestigious Maison Dalloyau alongside Yann Brys.
Alexis went on to become sous-chef pâtissier at a number of renowned Parisian restaurants and palaces, including Mandarin Oriental, Pavillon Le Doyen, Le Bristol and, most recently, Hôtel Brach.
In October 2022, Alexis won the title of World Sweet Arts Champion alongside Florence Lesage.
Nowadays, he works as a pastry consultant in France and abroad, traveling the world to learn and share his pastry skills.
In 2024, he became an Ambassador Chef for Les vergers Boiron.
Backed by years of experience, he is particularly acclaimed for his aesthetic and tasty creations.
His work is characterized by attention to detail, a mastery of textures and balanced flavors, establishing him as an artisan of pastry excellence.
