A qualified learner facilitator from the esteemed L’Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Giovanni has dedicated his career to advancing beverage education and innovation. As a certified Sake Educator, Giovanni frequently conducts Sake Sommelier courses and collaborates with ICCA Culinary School to deliver specialized bartender training programs.
His expertise extends to Dry Mixology, where he passionately explores the art of Cocktailzero%—crafting exceptional alcohol-free cocktails. Renowned for his innovative cocktail designs, Giovanni seamlessly blends technical mastery with creative ingenuity, offering transformative learning experiences. Since co-founding Alembic in 2016, Giovanni has mentored and trained over 1,500 F&B professionals across leading hotels and bars in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
