Pierre Lingelser is a world-renowned pastry chef, and currently the head of the sweet team at the legendary three-star “Schwarzwaldstube” restaurant at Germany’s Traube Tonbach Hotel.

After graduating at a very young age, Pierre Lingelser perfected his skills at a number of renowned institutions.
He also refined his art at the Lenôtre pastry shop in Paris, with Michelin-starred chef Jean-Yves Schillinger in Colmar, as well as the two-star “Schwarzer Adler” restaurant run by Franz Keller.

After winning multiple awards in his early career, Pierre Lingelser quickly rose through the ranks to become Head Pastry Chef at the “Schwarzwaldstube”.

His career reflects his uncompromising pursuit of excellence and innovation in the world of patisserie.
Pierre Lingelser has made his name in the industry with his bold creations and outstanding expertise, making him an emblematic figure in European gastronomy.

He was awarded the title of Pastry Chef of the Year in 2004 by the Gault & Millau guide, and was named Germany’s Best Pastry Chef in 2010 by “der Feinschmecker” magazine.
