The 2025 World’s 50 Best Bars ceremony in Hong Kong once again brought together the leading figures of international bartending. It was a moment of celebration, recognition of talent, and highlighting the most influential bars in the world. It also provided a genuine opportunity to strengthen our connections with key industry players and reaffirm our commitment to co-creating the future of mixology alongside those who shape it every day.
Simone Caporale, Global Brand Ambassador – Les vergers Boiron
On the occasion of this ceremony in Hong Kong, we were delighted to celebrate our collaboration with Simone Caporale, who became Global Brand Ambassador in 2025.
Co-founder of Sips in Barcelona, named Best Bar in the World in 2023, he was again awarded 3rd place this year and recognized as the Best Bar in Europe. Simone is an iconic figure on the international cocktail scene. He also received the Industry Icon Award 2025, honoring his influence and commitment to the bar world. His role as Les vergers Boiron Ambassador marks a new milestone in our engagement with the bartending community.
