Originally from Bourg-en-Bresse, Patrick Bouvard began his training as an apprentice at the Casino de Divonne.c
At only 24, he opened his first shop in Rillieux-la-Pape, combining his passion for pastry making with a continuing training course in the field.
He then returned to his native Bourg-en-Bresse, where he founded a renowned pastry, bakery and chocolate boutique.
His establishment employs a dynamic staff of ten and also welcomes apprentices, reflecting his commitment to training the new generation of culinary talent.
His commitment to the quality of local ingredients and continuous exploration of new flavours are testament to his dedication to offering unmatched, memorable taste experiences.
Patrick Bouvard’s cuisine is distinguished by a rigorous approach that blends tradition and innovation.
Patrick Bouvard made a name for himself in the industry with his participation in the French final of the Grand Prix du Chocolat organized by Cacao Barry.
His expertise and creativity earned him the position of brand ambassador for six years, where he actively promoted excellence and innovation in the world of chocolate.
