It is in India, the world’s leading mango producer, that we source the Totapuri mango, a sweet tropical variety highly appreciated in the juice industry. With its firm, yellow flesh and low fiber content, this mango is distinguished by a unique resinous note, giving it an incomparable taste.
Totapuri mangoes are harvested while still green, then ripen naturally thanks to their own ethylene production. They are then hand-sorted to ensure that only fully ripe mangoes are selected. This cultivation and transformation method guarantees a high-quality product with an intense and authentic flavor.
