Fruitology®: expertise in fruit science
Fruitology® is a discipline dedicated to the study of fruits and their transformation into fruit purees. It is based on sensory analysis – a science that uses the human senses as a “measuring tool.” The characteristics of our fruit solutions are therefore evaluated by engaging all five senses
Sensory analysis gives us a better understanding of consumers, so we can create products that meet their expectations. It’s also a great tool to aid the creativity of culinary and beverage professionals!
