Beginning as fruit vendors in 1942, Les vergers Boiron is a company that has been cultivating a passion for fruity gastronomy ever since. From those family-based origins, it has become an essential player in fruit solutions on a global scale. A voyage to the heart of flavors

It was in the market halls of Paris that the Boiron family – originally from Ardèche – launched their fresh fruit business, laying the foundations for a gastronomic adventure.

1970
Frozen fruit puree caused a revolution. This innovative product transformed the work of fruit artisans and made its way abroad in the suitcases of traveling French pastry chefs. The brand began to expand internationally.

The Les vergers Boiron brand was founded.

The first purees were shipped to Japan.

The advent of concentrated products expanded our range, addressing various client expectations.

Through massive investment, Les vergers Boiron became an industrial producer of frozen fruit purees, and we established our facilities in Valence, Drôme.

Attainment of FSSC 22000 certification, demonstrating our commitment to food safety.

An office opened in Hong Kong, and a subsidiary was created in the United States, expanding our global reach.
