The lemon used in Les vergers Boiron’s ambient fruit puree is grown in Sicily, renowned for its exceptional quality. The juice is carefully extracted, avoiding the pressing of the white parts (albedo) which bring bitterness, resulting in a juice rich in zesty notes, true to the taste of freshly pressed fruit. The lemon, a key ingredient in cocktails, plays an essential role in crafting fresh and tangy beverages.
