Cocktail Passionfruit Caipirinha

Making the recipe

  • Ingrédients

    Ambiant puree without added sugar Passion fruit – 20ml
    Cachaca – 40ml
    Sugar Syrup – 20ml
    Lime Wedges – 4x
    Passionfruit Pulp – 1x
    Passionfruit Liqueur – 20ml

    Add all ingredients, excluding Passionfruit Liqueur, to a tall cocktail glass and muddle.
    Add crushed ice, mix using a spoon.
    Finish off with more crushed ice and then carefully layer the passionfruit liqueur on top.
    Garnish with half a passionfruit and a mint sprig.
