Jean-Michel Perruchon is a renowned pastry chef, director of the Bellouet Conseil school in Paris, recognized for his Meilleur Ouvrier de France (France’s Best Artisan) title and his significant contributions to modern pastry making through his publications and training courses.
Jean-Michel Perruchon, Director Emeritus of the Bellouet Conseil school in Paris, began his distinguished career as a pastry chef in 1978.
For over a decade, he honed his skills at prestigious institutions such as Lenôtre and Fauchon.
In 1989, he enrolled at the Bellouet Conseil school, where he worked with the famous pastry chef G.J. Bellouet.
In 1993, he was awarded the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) Pâtissier (France’s Best Pastry Artisan), confirming his excellence in the field.
As head of the school since 2006, he shares his passion and expertise with future pastry talents.
Jean-Michel Perruchon is also a widely recognized pastry consultant and a prolific author with over 10 books to his credit, including the famous “TENTATION PETITS GÂTEAUX”.
