Jérémy Del Val is a talented pastry chef, renowned for his creativity and expertise with Dalloyau Paris, where he oversees the creation of iconic desserts and ensures product quality across the globe.
Renowned pastry chef Jérémy Del Val developed his passion as soon as he took his first steps in the kitchen, inspired by his grandmothers.
With a BEP diploma in cuisine, followed by specialized pastry training, he has expanded his expertise thanks to a series of fascinating trips to high-profile destinations, such as 5-star hotels, private clubs in Majorca, gourmet restaurants in Val Thorens, as well as the exotic palaces of Polynesia, Bora Bora, Tahiti, Monaco and the Michelin-starred restaurants of the Côte d’Azur.
In his current role as Creative Pastry Chef at Dalloyau Paris, he expertly oversees the creation of desserts for the Paris boutiques (5 in all), cocktail parties (cocktail pieces) and reception events (plated desserts).
Also responsible for the ‘quality follow-up’ and training of Dalloyau teams in Dubai, where he travels twice a year, Jérémy Del Val combines creativity and high standards to deliver memorable sweet experiences around the world.
