Originally from Apulia in Italy, Mario La Pietra discovered mixology at 16 during a cocktail competition, a real revelation. Creative and rigorous mixologist, he stands out for his technical and narrative approach, placing quality and consistency at the heart of each of his creations.
Since his beginnings, Mario has built an impressive international career : from the Bassoon Bar to the Corinthia Hotel in London, to Palmer & Co and Charlie Parker’s in Sydney, then The St. Regis Bar in Hong Kong, and today Singapore as creative director of drinks for The Dandy Collection. Winner of the Bacardi Martini Grand Prix (junior category) in 2004, he develops experiences inspired by his travels and encounters, combining technical rigor, storytelling and attention to detail.
Today, Mario La Pietra continues to promote Italian and international mixology through his creative projects and renowned bars. His work emphasizes the constant quality of ingredients, innovation and narrative construction of the cocktail, ensuring a unique sensory experience for each client. The fruit purees Les vergers Boiron occupy a central place in its creations, allowing to maintain consistency and precision of flavors all year round.
