Mixologist and bartender
Grazia Di Franco is an Italian mixologist recognized internationally for her expertise in cocktails and premium spirits. Originally from Giardini Naxos, Sicily, she has established herself over the years as an influential figure in the global bartending scene thanks to her experience in several countries and her role as an ambassador for prestigious brands.
A native of Sicily, Grazia Di Franco discovered mixology at age 19 and quickly won the 2009 Absolut Talent Show, a victory that launched her international career. She went on to work in several leading cities in the cocktail world, including Milan, Rome, Amsterdam, Miami, Sydney, and Melbourne. After nearly six years as a Brand Ambassador for Mancino Vermouth, she joined Maison Ferrand, where she continues to make her mark among industry professionals.
Today, Grazia Di Franco is one of the faces of Maison Ferrand for Europe and Asia. After living in Singapore as part of her role as Brand Ambassador, she continues her international work by leading training sessions, masterclasses, professional events, and collaborations with the world’s top bars. She actively helps promote the Maison Ferrand group’s brands among bartenders and spirits professionals.
Grazia Di Franco has developed an approach to mixology that is both technical and accessible, focused on flavor balance, the quality of ingredients, and the authentic expression of spirits. Her international career has allowed her to incorporate a variety of influences, from classic European cocktails to modern techniques she discovered in Australia.
