Spanish pastry chef Miquel Guarro is now an international consultant renowned for his creativity and innovative spirit.

Spanish pastry chef Miquel Guarro began his training at the Escuela del Gremio de Pasteleros in Barcelona, where he learned the fundamentals of the trade.
From 2019 to January 2024, Miquel Guarro was Head Pastry Chef at Hofmann Barcelona, after a successful career as a teacher at the Chocolate Academy in Spain, Chef at Cacao Barry and Head Dessert Chef at Dos Cielos restaurant.

Today, Miquel Guarro devotes his time to international pastry training and consulting, sharing his expertise with professionals from all over the world.

  • His talent has certainly not gone unnoticed, and in 2013 he was named Best Master Pastry Chef in Spain.
  • He also won first prize in the Barcelona Guild chocolate figurine competition.
  • He also won the Trofeo Lluís Santapau in 2013, and was a member of the Colectivo 21 Brix.
