In order to maintain all the sensory qualities of our product, Les Vergers Boiron recommend you to defrost the product in its original closed packaging, at 35/+39°F. In order to obtain a perfectly homogenous product, Les Vergers Boiron recommend you, to defrost the whole product and mix it. Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.

Our concentrate products can be stored in the freezer for 30 months before use and in the fridge for 15 days after opening.

Before unfreeze -18 Degree Celsius

  • Highly concentrated to intensify the fl avor of a recipe or complement a frozen fruit application; concentration levels are 4-5x higher than a standard frozen purees
  • For recipes that require little added water
  • Ideal for use in pastries, chocolate and ice creams with a semi-thick texture that is easy to measure with a spoon, even while frozen
