At Les vergers Boiron, we offer a mirabelle puree with no added sugars, made from mirabelles from Lorraine, harvested between mid-August and the end of August, when they reach full maturity. This region, which accounts for more than 80% of the French production and 60% of the global production, benefits from ideal conditions: cold winters, temperate summers, and clay-limestone soils, ensuring natural irrigation and optimal quality.
We maintain a long-standing partnership with our mirabelle suppliers, whose fruits come from small family-owned farms, certified HVE level 3, and grouped in a cooperative.

It offers an authentic and indulgent taste, reminiscent of childhood mirabelle tarts. Subtle notes of dried fruits, such as chestnut, are revealed, accompanied by kernel notes, characteristic of yellow fruits.

The mirabelle puree has a beautiful golden yellow color and a velvety texture, providing a pleasant coating effect in the mouth.

In order to maintain all the sensory qualities of our product, Les vergers Boiron recommend to defrost the product in its original closed packaging, at 35/+39°F. To unmold or cut your frozen purée easily, we recommend one of the following methods: remove the lid, do not remove the protective seal and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes; or leave the lid and protective seal on, run the tray under lukewarm water for 30 seconds at least before removing the lid and protective seal. Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.
