It is in the Southeast of France that the Cléry variety selected by Les vergers Boiron is harvested. Nestled between the sun and the Mistral wind, its cultivation was made possible by the establishment of the Carpentras Canal, which allows irrigation of the fields in the Comtat Venaissin. Grown in an eco-responsible manner by a family farm, the Cléry strawberry is carefully hand-picked starting in March.

The Strawberry Cléry puree from Les vergers Boiron, made from delicious, mouth-watering strawberries, offers a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, along with an aromatic intensity that will bring indulgent and fresh touches to your creations.

Our Strawberry Cléry puree has a bright crimson red color, characteristic of the variety. Its semi-thick texture and subtly frothy mouthfeel provide a sensation of deep lightness.

 

In order to maintain all the sensory qualities of our product, Les vergers Boiron recommend to defrost the product in its original closed packaging, at 35/+39°F. To unmold or cut your frozen purée easily, we recommend one of the following methods: remove the lid, do not remove the protective seal and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes; or leave the lid and protective seal on, run the tray under lukewarm water for 30 seconds at least before removing the lid and protective seal. Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.
