In this regard, we recently took part of two prestigious competitions celebrating culinary excellence in Germany and in the United Kingdom. Through these partnerships, we encourage a new generation of chefs to thrive, innovate, and set new standards in the world of international gastronomy. Huge congratulations to Jonny Smith, Rosie Welch and Keira Carolan for making it to the podium at Young National chef of the Year. We also give a special shout out to Jaspar Wcislo, Marcel Förster, Alexander Högner, Sonja Denninger, Simon Scheuerlein and Lucia Ronellenfitsch for showcasing incredible creativity and talent at the Koch des Jahres competition.
