Our participation in the event held in Vancouver in May 2025 marked our very first appearance at this iconic gathering. At this year’s event in Hong Kong, we were delighted to celebrate our partnership with Simone Caporale, who became Les vergers Boiron’s Global Brand Ambassador in 2025.
Co-founder of Sips in Barcelona, voted Europe’s best bar in 2025, he was awarded third place in the ranking of the world’s best bars. Simone is an iconic figure in the international cocktail scene.
He was also honored with the 2025 Industry Icon Award in recognition of his influence and dedication to the bartending world. His role as an ambassador for Les vergers Boiron marks a new milestone in our commitment to the bartending community.
