Making the recipe

GLASSWARE: ROCKS
ICE: CUBES TOPPED W/ CRUSH ICE
GARNISH: BLACKBERRY LEMON SLICE

  • Sugar Syrup

    Ingrédients

    Sugar – 1 kg
    Water- 75 cl

    Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and stir until sugar is dissolved and liquid is clear.
    Boil for approx. 5 min.
    Let cool, then pour into a bottle and seal tightly with a lid

  • Préparation

    Ingrédients

    Djin passion – 5 cl
    Fresh lemon juice – 3 cl
    Sugar syrup – 2 cl
    Blackberry frozen puree – 3cl

    Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a Rock glass.
