  • Ingrédients

    Dark rum – 3cl

    Italian bitters – 1cl

    Mango ambient puree – 3cl

    Lime ambient puree – 1,5cl

    Sugar syrup – 1cl

    Egg white – 0,5cl

    Strawberry mousse* – Top

    Shake all ingredients except the foam.
    Strain.

    Add the mousse on top.
