    Rum – 6cl

    Coconut Ambient Puree – 3cl

    Heavy Cream – 3cl

    Pineapple Ambient puree – 18cl

    Combine the rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, and pineapple puree.
    Pour over crushed ice in a squall glass and garnish with a pineapple slice.
