Ingrédients
Vodka – 3,5cl
Dry Vermouth – 2,5cl
Lemon sherbet* – 3cl
Mix the vodka, dry vermouth, and lemon sherbet in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until the balance between sweetness and acidity is perfectly achieved.
Strain into a pre-chilled glass and serve.

Sugar – 500 g
Combine the Lemon puree with an equal amount of sugar
(1:1 ratio).
Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved, forming a smooth, syrup-like sherbet.
Store refrigerated.
