    Pineapple ambient puree – 4cl

    Lime ambient puree – 1,5cl

    Filtered tonka bean syrup – 1,5cl

    Shake with ice cubes.
    Double strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish : grated tonka bean and dried hibiscus
