Ambient purees without added sugar Pineapple

Coconut cream without added sugar

Ingrédients

Ambient puree without added sugar Pineapple – 100g
Grains de poivre – 5
Cannelle “Cassia” – 1
Clou de girofle – 5
Anis étoilé – 1
Sucre – 135g
Eau minérale – 100g

Mélanger les ingrédients et porter à ébullition.
Laisser refroidir.
Réserver pour la préparation du cocktail.

Ambient puree without added sugar Pineapple – 100g
Ambient puree without added sugar Mango – 50g
Frozen puree without added sugar Coconut cream – 100g
Epices – 1g
Rhum épicé – 60g
Sirop de moka épicé – 20g
Jus de citron vert – 20g
Glace pilée – QS

Verser tous les ingrédients dans un shaker.
Agiter vigoureusement pendant 30 sec à 1 minute.
