    Non-alcoholic rum – 1 3/4 oz

    Coconut ambient puree – 1 oz

    Lime ambient puree – 3/4 oz

    Aloe vera juice – 3/4 oz

    Agave syrup – 1/4 oz

    Shake all ingredients with ice and fi ne strain into a coupe.
