A dedicated booth inspired by our iconic mango—one of the region’s favorite flavors. Our very own Chef Thibault Marchand wowed the crowd with recipes that highlighted the versatility of our purées. From the coconut-lime cookie to festive treats with raspberry, lychee, mango, and passionfruit, as well as the apricot-pistachio financier and strawberry-lemon cake, each creation was a tribute to fruit excellence. The highlight? Chef Thibault’s Fruity Caramels—in raspberry, mango, and coconut—were an absolute hit, capturing the taste buds of all 350 guests.
