B Corp : a simple symbol, a powerful signal

At Les vergers Boiron, we believe it takes a great deal for a company to truly have a positive impact on the world: meaningful actions, consistent efforts, continuous improvement and rigorous measurement. Then, to help us move forward, we chose to follow the B Corp path and achieved certification in May 2025

This international label recognizes companies that meet verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and governance.

More than a certification, B Corp reprensents:

  • A source of pride for our family run-company, which works daily respecting People and Nature.
  • Recognition for our collective effort in 5 areas: workers, customers, governance, environment, and community.
  • A demanding approach that designs a true path of progress for the future.
More broadly, B Corp is embedded at the heart of our CSR strategy, Care for the Future, and complements our status as a Société à Mission (Mission-driven company).

#BCorpMonth: together, celebrating the power of collective action

Being a certified B Corp means turning our values into actions and our actions into progress. Through #BCorpMonth, we especially want to celebrate those who inspire us every day: our partners, producers, team members and all the professionals committed alongside us.

Behind each of our decisions, commitments and actions are women and men who share the same conviction: we have the power to reconcile high standards, responsibility and performance. Together we form a team: every contribution matters, and every step forward contributes to a greater impact.

FAQ : Understanding B Corp

B Corp is an international certification delivered by the nonprofit organization B Lab. It recognizes companies that meet verified standards of social and environmental performance and provides them with a demanding framework for continuous improvement across 5 areas: workers, community, environment, customers, and governance.

The “B” stands for “Beneficial” for people and the planet.

Certification is a first step toward joining the B Corp movement, a global network present in more than 100 countries and led by B Lab. Beyond the label itself, B Corp represents a collective dynamic aimed at transforming the economy to sustainably benefits people and the planet.

In 2026, more than 10,000 companies are certified B Corp worldwide.

B Corp certification and Société à mission (mission-driven company) legal status are complementary approaches. They share the idea that a company, through its activity, can have a positive impact on society and engage the organization by making it accountable through regular performance evaluations.

Société à Mission recognizes that a company pursues social and environmental objectives over and above its economic performance.

B Corp certification supports this approach by ensuring the company meets verified standards for social and environmental business practices, thereby helping it achieve its mission.

The B Impact Assessment (BIA) is the tool used to measure and manage a company’s impact according to B Corp standards. It enables companies to assess their impact, benchmark themselves against similar companies, and identify concrete opportunities for improvement.

The 3 key steps:

  • Evaluate through the BIA questionnaire
  • Compare performance
  • Improve based on recommendations
