Frozen apricot puree sourced from the Rhône Valley in France, a region renowned for its exceptional fruit. Harvested at peak ripeness and carefully processed, it delivers a rich and vibrant profile with natural sweetness, gentle acidity, and a smooth, velvety texture.

The Les vergers Boiron apricot puree is made from apricots grown in the Rhône Valley, a region renowned for the quality of its fruit. Local producers use sustainable methods, limiting the use of pesticides, conserving water, and preserving biodiversity. The apricots, harvested at full maturity in July, are immediately processed to preserve their exceptional flavor and freshness.

The Les vergers Boiron apricot puree has a deep orange color, reminiscent of the fruit’s flesh and its skin that reddens on the sun-exposed side. Its texture is thick and velvety in the mouth.

In order to maintain all the sensory qualities of our fruit puree, Les vergers Boiron recommend to defrost the product in its original closed packaging, at 35/+39°F.

To unmold or cut your frozen fruit puree easily, we recommend one of the following methods: remove the lid, do not remove the protective seal and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes; or leave the lid and protective seal on, run the tray under lukewarm water for 30 seconds at least before removing the lid and protective seal.

Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.
