Frozen apricot puree sourced from the Rhône Valley in France, a region renowned for its exceptional fruit. Harvested at peak ripeness and carefully processed, it delivers a rich and vibrant profile with natural sweetness, gentle acidity, and a smooth, velvety texture.

Les vergers Boiron apricot frozen puree showcases the excellence of French apricots. Selected at optimum ripeness, the fruit offers a bright colour, a rich aromatic profile and a well-balanced sweetness. To capture the fruit’s full expression, the apricots are processed shortly after harvest, preserving their freshness, flavour and natural character.

Les vergers Boiron apricot frozen puree features a deep, vibrant orange colour, reflecting the fruit’s natural richness and sun-ripened character. Its texture is smooth, thick and velvety, delivering a generous mouthfeel.

Les vergers Boiron apricot frozen puree is distinguished by its intense orange colour, characteristic of perfectly ripe apricots. On the palate, it offers a smooth, thick texture with a velvety mouthfeel.

 

In order to maintain all the sensory qualities of our fruit puree, Les vergers Boiron recommend to defrost the product in its original closed packaging, at 35/+39°F.

To unmold or cut your frozen fruit puree easily, we recommend one of the following methods: remove the lid, do not remove the protective seal and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes; or leave the lid and protective seal on, run the tray under lukewarm water for 30 seconds at least before removing the lid and protective seal.

Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.
