Making the recipe

  • Ingrédients

    Non-alcoholic rum – 5cl

    Non-alcoholic aperitif – 2,5cl

    Passion fruit ambient puree – 1,5cl

    Lime ambient puree – 1cl

    Papaya frozen puree – 3cl

    Apple cider vinegar – 1 dash

    Shake with ice and fine strain into a coupe.

Serving

Glassware : cognac

Ice : ice cubes

Garnish : dehydrated pineapple or edible flower
