Cultivating a Community around the Celebration of Fruit! 

Rooted in Les vergers Boiron’s 80+ years of expertise, Boiron Americas’ held the first gathering of its rais community this past summer, a dynamic summit designed to connect pastry professionals with their peers, support the exchange ideas and explore the creative process, putting fruit at the centerpiece of modern pastry.  

Throughout the event, attendees engaged in immersive educational sessions, tasted seasonal fruit purees, and participated in discussions led by our Culinary Director, Michael Laiskonis . These sessions reflected éléver’s mission to deepen knowledge around fruit, offering fresh insights into fruit origin stories, flavor pairings, and creative applications that elevate the craft of pastry chefs of all specialties.  

By blending peer-to-peer connection with education and inspiration, Les vergers Boiron is cultivating a network where creativity thrives and expertise is shared openly. This first event marks the beginning of our journey to unite the North American pastry community under a shared passion for excellence, and for fruit.
