Rooted in Les vergers Boiron’s 80+ years of expertise, Boiron Americas’ held the first gathering of its rais community this past summer, a dynamic summit designed to connect pastry professionals with their peers, support the exchange ideas and explore the creative process, putting fruit at the centerpiece of modern pastry.
Throughout the event, attendees engaged in immersive educational sessions, tasted seasonal fruit purees, and participated in discussions led by our Culinary Director, Michael Laiskonis .
