Ingrédients
Pineapple Ambient puree – 9cl
Coconut Ambient puree – 6cl
Lime Ambient puree – 1,5cl
Ginger Syrup* – 1,5cl
Seawater – 1 dash
Add all ingredients into a shaker with crushed ice.
Shake and dirty dump into a highball glass.
Ingrédients
Rich simple syrup – 90cl
Fresh peeled ginger – 250g
Poor the syrup into a blender.
Add the ginger.
Blend at high speed for 20 seconds (2 times).
Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve to remove the
solid.
Bottle and refrigerate.
