A competition designed as a progressive journey
Unlike individual pastry competitions, the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie is a team adventure organized in multiple stages.
This unique format makes all the difference. Each national team develops over time, improving and evolving. Success depends not only on individual talent but on the team’s collective dynamics.
National, continental and final rounds :
competition intensity rises
The competition is structured in three stages :
- National Selections
Out of the 50 participating countries, only one team per nation qualifies for the continental stage. At this stage, teams are formed and their culinary identities begin to take shape.
- Continental selections
Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa… From these five regions, only 20 teams move on to the grand finale. The level rises, pastry styles assert themselves, and strategies become more refined.
- The Grande Finale
In the end, only one team will be crowned Champion of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie. This is the ultimate moment, where every detail counts and where technical mastery meets creativity.
Thrills at every moment:
a journey that captivates
Following every stage of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie is more than just watching a competition — it’s stepping into the teams’ world and experiencing the journey with them. Along the way, you witness :
-the pressure of the opening rounds
At this level, where emotions run high, even the smallest detail matters — and the reliability of ingredients becomes a quiet but decisive advantage.
