Ingredients
Sugar – 2,2 lbs
Water- 25 1/4 oz
Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and stir until sugar is dissolved and liquid is clear.
Boil for approx. 5 min.
Let cool, then pour into a bottle and seal tightly with a lid

Djin passion – 1 3/4 oz
Fresh lemon juice – 1 oz
Sugar syrup – 3/4 oz
Blackberry frozen puree – 1 oz
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a Rock glass.
