Philip Khandehrish, whose heritage includes a rich Assyrian, Greek and Persian background, has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where he has excelled in mixology, managed prestigious bars and shared his passion as an ambassador for brands such as Casa Noble and R. St Barth Agricole rhum.

A native of Iran and heir to a cultural mix that includes Assyrian, Greek and Persian origins, Philip has enjoyed a career spanning more than two decades in the hospitality industry.
At the age of 21, he started out as a bartender at Italiani’s, an Italian restaurant where he perfected classic cocktails such as the Godfather, the Godmother and the Manhattan.
His career then took him to TGI Fridays, where he refined his mixology skills with efficiency and speed, before moving on to prestigious establishments such as Forge Restaurant, Mayfair Hotel and Grove Isle Hotel & Spa.
In 2010, Philip joined The Setai in Miami Beach, where he oversaw the cocktail concepts and managed the bar program for over five years, specializing in homemade infusions and syrups as well as molecular mixology.
Transitioning to training and education roles, Philip was a brand ambassador for R. St Barth Agricole rhum, then for FOS Greek Mastiha, where he shared his passion and knowledge while also promoting various accounts.
From 2016 to 2021, as brand ambassador for Casa Noble, he played a key role in the tequila industry, organizing events, educational initiatives and engaging the community.
With AlambiQ, he has helped develop international programs and hosted seminars for prestigious events such as Portland Cocktail Week and Tales of the Cocktail.

Currently, Philip Khandehrish is the Corporate Mixologist and Bar Operations Specialist at Heaven Hill Brands, partnering with the foodservice industry to run activation events and providing in-depth training on a variety of brands, with a focus on emerging markets and national accounts.
As a Senior National Beverage Ambassador for Les Vergers Boiron Americas, he is involved in recipe development and events nationwide.

Philip Khandehrish has earned renowned certifications in his field, including the prestigious BAR Ready title from the Bar 5 Day program, as well as a WSET Level 2 certification in spirits.

Philip has been recognized for his expertise and creativity with a number of national awards, including competitions for Martin Millers, Montenegro Amaro and Michter’s Whiskey, and secured a top-five place in Bombay Sapphire’s national “Most Imaginative Bartender” competition in 2014.
His work has widespread media coverage, including the Miami New Times, which spotlighted his innovative $100 cocktail and his participation in the “Paint Your Own Negroni” feature during Art Basel.
His creations have also been featured several times on the Deco Drive TV show.
