Sebastian Kraus, a renowned pastry chef, won the prestigous title of Patissier of the Year 2019 at the Anuga fair in Cologne.

After training as a carpenter, he discovered his passion for pastry making, which he turned into a vocation.
In 2011, he completed his confectionery diploma with honors, becoming the best of his class in Hesse.
He went on to refine his skills in renowned gastronomic establishments, notably with pastry chef Benjamin Kunert at the Villa Rothschild.
Sebastian Kraus is known for his creative approach to pastry making, seamlessly combining sweet and tart, and showcasing seasonal products, often presented in a way that preserves their authenticity and origin.

His cuisine reflects a constant search for balance, where every creation surprises the palate while also telling a story.
Inspired by his travels and local product traditions, he continues to amaze pastry lovers with innovative creations that combine refinement and lightness.
