Vivian Zhou is an award-winning pastry chef, acclaimed internationally for her innovative creations and passion for patisserie.
She is currently Technical Consultant and Brand Ambassador for the Chinese market at Les vergers Boiron.

Vivian Zhou began her pastry career working as Assistant Pastry Chef at the Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai from 2010 to 2015.
During the same period, she was also Supervisor Pastry Chef at the Pudong Shangri-La Hotel in Shangahai from 2005 to 2010.
From 2015 to 2021, she was Technical Advisor, then Managing Director at Barry Callebaut Chocolate Company in Shanghai.
Since 2021, she has worked as Asia-Pacific Pastry Chef for Dobla Chocolate & Innovation in Hong Kong.

Currently, Vivian Zhou is a Technical Consultant and Brand Ambassador for Les vergers Boiron.
With a wide range of creations, she expresses her creativity in healthy and delicious desserts with a combination of different flavors in elegant yet simple designs.

Vivian Zhou’s signature culinary style is defined by an innovative and healthy approach to pastry making.
She favors the use of quality ingredients, a harmonious balance of flavors and original, visually appealing presentation.

Vivian Zhou has won several international pastry competitions, including :

  • Silver medal at the German Ika Culinary Olympic Competition in 2016
  • Gold medal at the 16th FHC Afternoon Tea Dessert Competition in 2014
