Dimitris Maladakis: Dimitris Maladakis oversees the entire bar program across the Amazónico group. Having been part of the brand since the opening of Amazónico Dubai, he progressed from bartender to Head of Bars, and now leads the development of cocktail menus and the overall bar experience across the concept. Prior to joining Amazónico in 2021, he held several management positions in Greece and the United Arab Emirates, building extensive expertise in hospitality, beverage innovation, and bar operations.
