Giacomo Giannotti : Originally from Tuscany, Giacomo Giannotti is the co-founder of Paradiso, the renowned Barcelona speakeasy that was named The World’s Best Bar 2022 by The World’s 50 Best Bars. After moving to Barcelona in 2012, he worked at prestigious venues including the W Hotel and the Ohla Hotel before opening Paradiso with his wife, Margarita Sader, in 2015. Celebrated for his hospitality, innovation, and creativity, he now leads several venues, including Galileo, Monk, and Paradiso Dubai.
